⚠️ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE⚠️
A deposit of $32 is needed ($2 goes toward processing fee & $30 goes toward your appointment) in order to secure your appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you cannot make it to your appointment & need to reschedule you may do so through your confirmation email, please notify me within a minimum of 24 hours in advance and your deposit can be credited to your next service or refunded back to you. Same day cancellation will NOT BE REFUNDED BACK THEIR DEPOSIT. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. A remaining balance must be paid by cash, zelle or cashapp upon arrival. Clients will receive a 10 minutes late grace period but you must contact me. If you are running 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged an extra $10 fee upon arrival. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. If you are a NO SHOW without informing me you will not get your deposit back nor will you be able to book another appointment.
NO EXTRA GUEST!: please refrain from bringing any extra people to your appointment.
Drop off: Any service that includes coloring must be dropped off 2-3 days before your appointment to suit your liking
Any service that requires getting a custom unit made must be dropped off 3-4 days before your appointment.
Drop-off days are the days I am working on 12PM-5PM
For custom wigs, please dm me or call me to place your orders.
If any issues with the install and final look, please message me within 48 hours post appointment and it will be resolved free of charge.
